It sits close to the summit on the western side of the mountain, on the slope facing down towards Fallen Leaf Lake with a beautiful view of Mt Tallac in the west. This is one of the highest located houses in the neighborhood and it catches the last rays of the sun as it sets behind Mt Tallac in the evening. The house backs up to miles of forest service land on the east and north with beautiful views of the forest.
